What you need to know

Please come to your treatment in a bathrobe.
Let us know when you book your appointment what kind of treatment you would like as to pamper you with.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the treatment appointment a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. For cancellations less than 3 hours before the treatment appointment the full price will be charged.
To get the most out of your treatment, please arrive at the spa reception 5 minutes early, already showered.
