In autumn 2009 the Waldhof Golf Club presented its new 9-hole golf course for the first time. The course is truly quite special: it is located at the Waldhof Alm, just 15 minutes' walk from the Hotel Waldhof right next to Lake Fuschl and offers beginners as well as experienced golfers the perfect conditions for a great round of golf including a large chipping and putting green and driving range.
Our golf pro Walter Mayer rules over the golf course with the most beautiful views in the Salzkammergut Lake District: from the beginning or May to the end of October he teaches the intricacies of golf at the golf school by Lake Fuschl. Experienced golfers are free to play the 9-hole course as they please. The fantastic views may distract you for a second, but that's what makes our golf course so special.

Introductory Golf Course - Why not have a go!
90 min. introductory course in the game of golf incl. instructor and practice range. The course finishes with a putting competition "just for fun". Equipment and balls are provided. The only thing you need are sports shoes and a motivation!

Bookable Monday to Friday or on request. 12 full hours of training on the driving range with instruction in the rules of golf and etiquette. Certificate of a 45 handicap. Equipment and practice balls are provided during the course and free use of the practice range is also included.
