• Check-in: your room will be ready from 3 pm. If your room is ready earlier, you can of course use it sooner. If you intend to arrive before 12 pm, you can enjoy the total Waldhof experience including breakfast if you like (surcharge for breakfast: € 29).
• Check-out: we ask you to check-out by 11 am. Ask reception if late check-out is available on short-notice. If you book late check-out, you can use your room until 6:00 pm. The fee for late check-out is € 90 per person. For children 6 and older, we will charge 50 % of the adult rate.

After you check out, you can use our spa including the Water World and Sauna World, bathing beach and fitness room until 6 pm. This also includes our afternoon buffet with salads, soups, warm dishes and homemade pastries.

As a family-friendly hotel, we warmly welcome even the youngest guests. Children stay at the Waldhof for a special price:

• 0 - 1 years: € 23,-
• 2 - 5 years: € 58,-
• 6 - 9 years: € 92,-
• 10 - 14 years: € 126,-
• 15 years and above: € 159,-

Prices shown are per child and per night, and include board.

• Flexible Rate: Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 14 days (Main Season) or 7 days (Low Season) before arrival. In case of later cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to invoice 100% of the accommodation price.
• Non-refundable Rate: Deposits or prepayments are non-refundable if the reservation is changed or cancelled.

We have free outdoor parking in front of the hotel. You also have the option to book a garage parking space for € 8 per day. Please note: due to the limited number of outdoor parking spaces, we recommend booking a space in our garage.

We will be happy to organise a private transfer from the Salzburg airport or railway station to us here at Lake Fuschl. Please inform us of your travel information at the time you book your stay.

Your four-legged friend is welcome in our main house and the villa. We thank you for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in our residence building as this is where our allergy-friendly rooms are located.

You can also take your dog to our SeeBar, to the Waldhof Club and to the sunbathing lawn in the rose garden with access to the lobby. Out of consideration for other guests, we thank you for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, on the restaurant terrace, at the pools, in the spa or on the hotel beach. Dogs are, however, permitted in many other places around Lake Fuschl.

• Please note that a maximum of one dog is allowed per room. In addition, we have limited capacity for dogs. Therefore, please let us know if your four-legged friend is travelling with you at the time you book your stay.
• If your room or suite cannot be occupied after you check out due to strong odour or dirt, we reserve the right to charge 90 % of an additional night.
• Dogs cost € 25 per day (without food) plus a one-time charge of € 25 for final cleaning.
• We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a lead throughout the entire hotel area.

Allergy-friendly rooms are located in our residence building. All rooms can be supplied with hypoallergenic bed linen upon request. Please inform us at the time you book your stay if you want to request hypoallergenic bed linen.

Thank you for your understanding that all rooms without exception are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge 90 % of the cost of an additional night if this rule is not followed. You can smoke in one of our outdoor lounges at the Gütl Stub’n Restaurant or the main building.

Have you fallen in love with the Waldhof? Then tell others about it! You will receive a € 10 credit per recommended room night. You can redeem your credit during your next stay. Plus, your friend will receive a € 25 spa voucher per room.

All of our rooms and suites have a small electronic hotel safe.

We offer guests complimentary Wi-Fi in all rooms and in all public hotel areas.

Cots, baby monitors, high-chairs, electric kettles, changing pads and a Waldhof bib – we are happy to offer all this to our littlest Waldhof guests. We can also arrange babysitting (for a fee). Please let us know what you need when you book your stay.

An elegant atmosphere is important to both us and our guests. Therefore, we kindly ask you to wear appropriate clothing in the restaurant area for dinner. We recommend a “smart-casual” style. Please do not wear sportswear to dinner.

We have a wide range of dishes for guests with food allergies. We kindly ask you to inform us of any special requests when you make your booking. Gluten-free bread and pastries are available at breakfast – just ask our breakfast team.

We can serve your meal to your room or suite. Please ask reception for details.

Our childcare for kids from 3 years of age is a special highlight. Please note: this is available 5 days a week from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm or 1 pm – 8:30 pm. In January and February, only during the Austrian holiday periods.

Our experienced childminders have so much in store: crafts, games, grooming and riding ponies, playing at the adventure playground, summer tubing, winter tubing and much more. Please note that our childcare cannot offer nappy changes.
